Pearl Izumi winter bike shoes

So I ordered some Pearl izumi winter bike shoes. So far they are a great shoe, my feet stay dry, they fit superwell with the cinch system. I have narrow heels so my heels usually slip on cycling shoes when i am off the bike, but these hold my heels in place really nice. They are actually pretty sleek too, once you cinch up the shoe, you zipp the outer material of the shoe to enclose the lace system. My only complaint..not a huge one is that my toes still get cold, not as cold as before with non winter cycling shoes.
